New supplier of the inflation expectations survey
News As of January 2025, the survey on various social actors' expectations of economic variables, such as inflation and the policy rate will be conducted by Origo Group.
This survey has been published on behalf of the Riksbank since 1995. As of 2000, it has been carried out by Kantar Prospera. Following a public procurement procedure, the survey will be carried out by Origo Group with effect from January 2025.
The survey will be carried out in the same way as today in terms of the questions asked, the organisations consulted and the frequency with which this is done. The results will be presented in the same format as now on the Origo Group website.
